Lucy chairs the firm's Technology and Internet Department. She represents businesses and individuals on a wide variety of intellectual property, Internet and business practice issues. Lucy is also a litigator, handling complex commercial cases in both state and federal courts. Much of Lucy's practice is devoted to advising clients in the fields of health and nonprofit law. Her clients include artists and writers, cosmetic manufacturers, financial services firms, emerging software companies, museums and health care providers.

Lucy is active in the South Berkshire County community. She serves as town counsel to the Town of Alford , where she lives with her husband and daughter. Chair of the eagle fund, a privately-endowed educational enrichment fund that supports public education, Lucy is also a member of the board of directors of the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington.
