Pittsfield Erin Thron practices in the area of civil litigation and corporate and business counseling. Prior to joining Cain Hibbard and Myers, Erin practiced for over three years with a Springfield firm, where she represented clients in varied facets of civil litigation, focusing on commercial cases. Erin graduated from the Western New England College School of Law in 2006, where she received honors and awards for her advocacy and legal writing skills. Prior to attending law school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin, where she concentrated her studies in the German language and became fluent. To further her education of German culture, Erin lived in Germany for eighteen months before law school. Erin grew up one of nine children in her family in Sherwood, Wisconsin. As a young adult, Erin assisted in her father’s efforts to improve access to medical care in underdeveloped countries and traveled to southeast Africa to deliver medical equipment to impoverished areas. Erin lives in Florence with her husband, William.
