Experience Highlights Instrumental in obtaining a favorable arbitration award against a Credit Suisse/First Boston affiliate, including nearly $1 million in attorney's fees and costs. Advises several successful marketing and advertising companies on fast-developing trademark, copyright and e-commerce issues. Serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Professional History Prior to joining the firm, David was a senior associate attorney at a New York law firm specializing in complex contract, shareholder and partnership matters.
