The firm's Litigation Department serves clients in many substantive areas including personal injury, professional negligence, securities, environmental, insurance coverage and insurance practices, employment disputes and counseling, product liability, breach of contract, construction, unfair trade practices, copyright and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and fraud. 

Our attorneys regularly appear in state and federal trial courts in Massachusetts . We represent clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and other state regulatory bodies. We also litigate in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations, outside Massachusetts . Some Cain Hibbard lawyers are admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C.
