Our Business and Banking Department regularly represents ventures of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to publicly-held corporations, from formation through to sale, merger, or family succession. We help clients maneuver successfully in an ever-changing and increasingly challenging business environment. We provide practical advice -- driven by client objectives -- on a wide variety of business matters, including organizational structure, tax considerations, operational concerns, mergers, acquisitions and financing.  As necessary, we combine various other disciplines within the firm to allow our clients to make informed and practical decisions with a full understanding of the costs, benefits, risks and alternatives.

We represent both financial institutions and borrowers in transactions involving acquisition, construction and working capital loans, asset-based loans, leveraged leasing transactions, letters of credit, municipal and industrial bonds and other financing vehicles.
